These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal contract between you (“Customer,” “Client,” “You”) and Elegantcy Barbershop (“Elegantcy,” “We,” “Us”) regarding the use of our barbershop services. By booking an appointment or receiving services at Elegantcy Barbershop, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments and Services: 1.1. Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or in-person. Appointments are subject to availability. 1.2. Services provided will be as requested by the customer during booking. Any changes to the service must be communicated before the appointment starts. 1.3. The duration of services may vary based on the complexity and type of service chosen. 1.4. Elegantcy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 2.1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2.2. Failure to provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee. 2.3. In case of late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate, but the appointment duration may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
3. Payment: 3.1. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. 3.2. We accept cash and major credit cards as forms of payment. 3.3. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Satisfaction and Refunds: 4.1. Elegantcy aims to provide satisfactory services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours for possible resolution. 4.2. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Elegantcy, and decisions regarding refunds are final.
5. Health and Safety: 5.1. Customers with certain medical conditions or sensitivities should inform Elegantcy before the service to ensure appropriate accommodations. 5.2. Elegantcy follows strict health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitized environment for all clients.
6. Personal Belongings: 6.1. Elegantcy is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit. 6.2. Clients are advised to keep personal belongings secure during their appointment.
7. Behavior and Conduct: 7.1. Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their visit. 7.2. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in the immediate termination of the service.
8. Privacy: 8.1. Elegantcy values your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. 8.2. Photos or videos taken during your visit may be used for marketing purposes with your permission.
9. Amendments and Updates: 9.1. Elegantcy reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 9.2. It is the client’s responsibility to review and accept the most recent version of the terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law: 10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Elegantcy Barbershop is located.
By booking an appointment with Elegantcy Barbershop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or receiving services from Elegantcy Barbershop.
